Kirsty is based in Banbury, Oxon and is very well known in that part of the world for her work in farmland conservation over many years. After 18 years of working with the RSPB, Kirsty has been a huge asset to Oakbank with her highly practical and extensive ecological knowledge and her particular strength around farmland birds.

Kirsty has complete a number of very complex HIgher Tier agreements for clients that have delighted them and received high praise from organisations such as Natural England. She has a real knack for spotting the opportunities that fit both the environment and the farm business so that the agreement provides benefits for both.
