Since the age of 17, Rory has completed several years of farm work across arable and mixed farms, including a placement year as a field trials assistant at Rothamsted Research Farm in Hertfordshire.

Since graduating from Harper, Rory spent a year travelling and working across various farms in New Zealand as well as supporting his father’s hedge and woodland management business back home in Norfolk.

Rory will aim to utilise his keen interests in conservation, soil health and ecology through his stewardship work with Oakbank.
